JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Director will oversee state-level programs in their assigned region, which will require them to:
- Serve as a liaison between Headquarters and the Program Offices to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency in services provided within designated region
- Assure network-wide compliance and system consistency across the region
- Effectively allocate resources by understanding the roles of the different departments as they relate to the program office needs and requirements
- Ensure state programs in their designated region meet financial projections
- Coach and mentor direct reports to adopt systemic solutions that can be implemented company-wide
- Foster cohesiveness and collaboration between teams
- Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy
JOB DUTIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services
- Oversee program operations, special projects, and key performance indicators across multiple states
- Responsible for maintaining the positive financial health of the region

- Prioritize and multitask effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Represent the company at stakeholder meetings both within the region and nationally as needed
- Oversee the management of deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
- Minimum monthly travel within the assigned geographic area
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology or Related Field with one-year experience working with individual(s) with disabilities or the elderly preferred
- Six (6) years management experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
